SANDY SPRINGS, GA — Sandy springs police say it was “just another day...serving, protecting and untangling deer.”

The police department shared body cam footage of officers working to free a deer that was trapped in a net. The video shows an officer using a tool to cut the deer free.

The deer appears to be OK as it ran off into the woods.
