With the holidays around the corner, some students are getting an early Christmas gift.

What some students at L.P. Miles Elementary School thought was a normal holiday assembly, turned out to be a huge surprise—new shoes, thanks to Mercedes Benz USA and the nonprofit “Shoes That Fit”.

Both organizations provide shoes to children in traditionally underserved communities.

They even brought in Atlanta native Chris “Ludacris” Bridges to pull off the surprise.

The event included music and treats. Students also got to take photos with Ludacris.
