ATLANTA — Atlanta police, and FBI Violent Crime Task Force officials have arrested a man in connection with a deadly shooting in August.
Officers responded to reports of multiple people shot at 55 Maple St. NW around 3 p.m. on Aug. 4.
Upon arrival, officers found three men with gunshot wounds. Two were rushed to a hospital and the third victim was pronounced dead on the scene. The identity of the victim was not released.
Officers were later notified that another victim was transported by a private vehicle to Grady Hospital.
Police officials say they arrested 19-year-old Chance Blue in connection with the deadly shooting.
Blue faces multiple charges including murder, two counts of armed robbery and three counts of aggravated assault.
Police also arrested and charged 19-year-old Naim Smith in connection with the shooting.
