BARROW COUNTY, GA — The search for missing 21-year-old Erica Gibson remains ongoing, but authorities have ended ground and water search operations at Fort Yargo State Park.

The Winder Police Department says investigators received information indicating Gibson left the park on her own Wednesday evening.

Based on that information, police and other agencies are discontinuing search operations at Fort Yargo.

Gibson has not been located, and authorities say the search for her continues.
