BARTOW COUNTY, GA — The Georgia Bureau of Investigation is investigating a shooting involving a deputy in Bartow County on Tuesday.
GBI officials say a deputy and an armed man were involved in a shootout at a Cartersville motel.
Officials have not said what led up to the shooting.
It is unclear if any injuries were reported.
