ATLANTA — FBI Atlanta officials have increased the reward for a man wanted in connection to an attack on the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement building in downtown Atlanta in 2020.

FBI Atlanta says Ronald Watson is wanted for his alleged involvement in the attack on the building. The reward for information that leads to Watson’s arrest was increased to $20,000.

According to FBI Atlanta officials, Watson has ties to Portland, Oregon, and Atlanta. He may also frequent Montana, Wyoming, Washington, and California.

He may have potentially changed his appearance and may be dressing in women’s clothing, FBI Atlanta officials said.

Officials previously said Watson and others used Molotov cocktails, rocks, cinder blocks, and other materials to cause over $78,000 in damage after they breached the fences and vandalized the building.

Watson is previously accused of posting anti-ICE messages on social media, including a “depiction of an ICE agent about to be struck in the head with a baseball bat.”

In 2025, FBI Atlanta officials said Watson also claimed on social media to have “thrown bricks, done other things not to be mentioned, and doxxed people” as examples of “taking action.”
