CHEROKEE COUNTY, GA — A deputy is on leave after facing allegations of creating a Facebook page to harass a woman he arrested last year.

Corporal Charles Mills arrested Natasha Lopez after entering her home without a proper search warrant last year. After this incident, Lopez used her social media page “Natasha Noble” to share details of the case and challenge the arrest, arguing it was unconstitutional.

Mills then created an anonymous Facebook page called “Not so Noble” that targeted Lopez by posting personal information and AI generated material about her. The page has since been deleted.

Mills is now on administrative leave.
