DEKALB COUNTY, GA — The State of Emergency lifted in DeKalb County early Thursday afternoon.

It was issued on January 22 by DeKalb County CEO Lorraine Cochran-Johnson in response to the recent severe winter weather conditions.

She said road conditions improved significantly, and emergency crews have successfully addressed critical safety concerns across the county.
