SMYRNA, GA — An 18-year-old is being held without bond in Cobb County on a charge of concealing a death after police discovered a woman’s dismembered body at a Smyrna apartment complex.
Smyrna police responded to the Park Valley Apartments on Valley Parkway after a woman reported seeing Kingston Bradley carrying a large plastic tote containing a body.
According to an arrest warrant, the witness told police that Bradley dropped the tote on a dirt walkway and ran back to his apartment after he saw her looking at him.
Police said the tote contained a woman’s dismembered torso.
Officers searching Bradley’s apartment found several areas stained with blood, along with a large saw that was also stained with blood, according to the arrest warrant.
Police also found carpet cleaner, a bucket with water and a wet mop and reported smelling bleach inside the apartment.
Bradley is charged with concealing a death and is being held without bond.
Smyrna police are investigating the discovery of the woman’s dismembered body.
