ATLANTA — ATL Spoke, the Atlanta Beltline’s autonomous shuttle service, is expanding to the Atlanta University Center.

The free service launched in June.

It currently runs between the West End MARTA station and the Lee + White entertainment district, according to Beltline officials.

“The plan was always to have the phase two launch in concert with the start of fall semester at the Atlanta University Center,” said Joe Iacobucci of the Atlanta Beltline.

Shuttles are scheduled to arrive every 15 minutes and operate seven days a week from noon until 10 p.m.

The expansion will provide another free transportation option for students and others traveling around the Atlanta University Center, according to officials.
