PEACHTREE CITY, GA — Actress and comedian Tiffany Haddish has pleaded guilty to a DUI charge, ending her case in Peachtree City.

Haddish pleaded guilty to one count of DUI driving less safe as part of a negotiated plea agreement.

She was sentenced to 12 months of probation and 24 hours in jail, which she has already served.

Haddish was arrested in January 2022 after police received a 911 call about a driver who appeared to be asleep behind the wheel.

Investigators previously said the caller reported seeing the vehicle along Highway 74 around 2:30 a.m. in January 2022. A Peachtree City police officer responding to the call spotted Haddish’s vehicle and conducted a traffic stop.

Police said Haddish pulled into the yard of a nearby home before she was arrested and charged with DUI.

The remaining charges against Haddish were dropped as part of the plea agreement.
