Director Ryan Coogler announced that the 3rd installment will hit theatres on Dec. 15th, 2028, and will star David Jonsson as T’Challa’s son.
His role, Prince T’Challa II, was introduced in the second Black Panther installment, but the third film will see him coming of age and taking over.
Jonsson is most known for his roles in Stephen King’s “The Long Walk,” “Alien: Romulus” and as Gus Sackey in the first two seasons of “Industry.”
