Preston Smith, 19, has been arrested charged with murder and multiple other felonies in connection with the Feb. 24 shooting death of 7-year-old Zoey Price.

Steven Richardson, 17, was also arrested and is facing several felonies.

Authorities believe following an argument with another man, the two teens opened fire on a home on Tiger Flowers Drive. Zoey’s mother was also shot but survived.
