Tia Mowry is extremely proud of her latest accomplishment, a total body transformation. The Sister, Sister alum shared on Tuesday that she successfully dropped 68 pounds.
Posting a mirror selfie to Instagram, the 42-year-old actress is seen flashing a pleased expression as she strikes a triumphant pose in denim cutoff shorts and a fitted sweater.
"I've lost to date 68 pounds since giving birth to my daughter," Mowry penned in the honest caption. "I'm very proud that I did it my way and in my time."
