Tami Roman & Javicia Leslie talked to The Morning Groove about the second season of Carl Weber's 'The Family Business.'

Viewers may remember Tami Roman as an original housemate from MTV's groundbreaking reality show The Real World season two, as well as VH1's hit series Basketball Wives. In addition to hosting a number of shows on MTV, she starred in TV series such as Truth Be Told with Octavia Spencer; Extant with Halle Berry; and CBS-TV's vampire show Moonlight.

Javicia Leslie -- who starred in the CBS-TV series God Friended Me – and Tami Roman play two of the Duncan sisters in Carl Weber’s The Family Business on BET+. Based on best-selling author Carl Weber’s popular crime series, the show follows the Duncans, who appear to be an average family, but live a dangerous secret life. In season two, which begins July 2, the Duncan family looks to further solidify their position as a leading faction in the New York criminal underworld.
