Mayor Andre Dickens is looking out for the people of Atlanta as the Government shutdown. This comes as Brian Kemp refuses to tap into the $14 billion dollars surplus to help Georgians.

Snap benefits are expected to be suspended on Nov. 1st affecting almost 2 million Georgians.
