DJ Young Slade died after he accidentally drowned in a pond near his home. The 27-year-old’s body was found in a pond near his home in Milton, Ga., on February 6, several days after he was reported missing.

The Fulton County Medical Examiner ruled that Lil Jon’s son, Nathan Smith, passed away after “drowning in the setting of psilocybin use.” An autopsy found psilocybin in Slade’s blood at the time of his death. Psilocybin is a hallucinogenic compound found in mushrooms.
