1.    Sponsor.  The Disney Western Caribbean Cruise Contest ("the Contest") is sponsored by Cox Media Group, Inc. d/b/a WALR-FM ("Sponsor"), whose decisions regarding winner selection and all other aspects of the Contest shall be final and binding in all respects.

2.    Contest Period.  The Contest will begin at 7:00 a.m. (E.T.) on Saturday, August 31, 2013 and end at 3:00 p.m. (E.T.) on Monday, September 23, 2013.  Sponsor will be the official timekeeper for the Contest.

3.      Eligibility.  Subject to the additional restrictions below, the Contest is only open to legal residents of the state of Georgia who are 21 years or older with a valid Georgia Driver's License or Georgia State Issued ID at the time of entry.  Employees of Sponsor, and each of its respective affiliated companies, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with, any such employees, are not eligible to enter or to win.  The term "immediate family members" includes spouses, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, grandchildren and in-laws, regardless of where they live.

4.    How To Enter. 

Enter by clicking the "You could win a Disney Cruise from KISS104!" link on the Contest Page at http://www.kiss1041fm.com and completing all of the required information and following all posted instructions within the contest entry portal.

As part of the entry process, participants must also tune into KISS104.1 and listen to Sasha The Diva weekdays (Monday through Friday ONLY) from 10:00 a.m. (E.T.) to 3:00 p.m. (E.T.).  She will announce one (1) contestant's name on-air each weekday from Monday, September 9, 2013 to Friday, September 20, 2013.  After the announcement has aired, the corresponding contestant will have fourteen (14) minutes to call 404-741-0104 to win a First Prize and be qualified for the Grand Prize.

Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, any contestant who responds to a prize announcement call-in opportunity within fourteen (14) minutes will be declared a winner.

BY ENTERING THE CONTEST, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT KISS104.1 MAY ANNOUNCE YOUR FULL NAME LIVE ON-AIR IF YOU ARE RANDOMLY SELECTED AS A  POTENTIAL WINNER AND YOU HEREBY CONSENT TO THE STATION DOING SO.  YOU ALSO REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU ARE SUBMITTING YOUR CONTEST ENTRY ON YOUR BEHALF AND NOT ON BEHALF OF ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL.

Maximum one (1) entry per person and per household and per email address during the Contest Period.

The use of automatic telephone dialing equipment or other software or computer assisted dialing equipment is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

Any winning contestant must be the participant who originally dialed the phone to the radio station to participate in the Contest.  No family members, friends, office associates, or any other person will be allowed to participate in the Contest on another person's behalf.  A contestant must provide his or her own name as listed on his or her valid Georgia Driver's License or Georgia State Issued ID.  If a contestant uses a false name, an invalid Georgia Driver's License or Georgia State Issued ID, or another person's Georgia Driver's License or Georgia State Issued ID, he or she will be immediately disqualified from the Contest and be ineligible to win any prize, and may result in legal ramifications. 

Sponsor will not be responsible for loss of service to the Contest Line (404-741-0104) or for a contestant's failure to reach the Contest Line due to malfunction of any network or system, congestion, overload, busy signals, or any other factor that may prevent an individual from completing his/her phone call.  In the event of interruption of power or telephone service to Sponsor during the designated times of the Contest (weekdays from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.), or a change in programming that results in Sponsor's inability to announce a contestant's name, the call-in period affected by the interruption may or may not be replayed at the resumption of service, at Sponsor's sole discretion.

Listeners accessing station audio via IP connections like website-based streaming or mobile devices are welcome to enter.  However, Sponsor will not be responsible for delays in electronic transmission of station audio to IP devices.  By entering this Contest, listeners acknowledge their understanding and agreement to this specific provision within these Official Rules.

The use of multiple identities and/or accounts is prohibited, and any attempt to obtain more than the stated number of entries will void that participant's entries and may result in participant's disqualification.  Incomplete, forged, altered, automated, mechanically-reproduced, lost, late, misdirected, garbled or illegible entries will be disqualified.  Sponsor will not be responsible for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network, hardware or software, whether originating with sender, Sponsor, or Sponsor's Contest application service provider.  In the event of a dispute, all online entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the owner of the ISP account from which they were sent, provided that such person satisfies all other Contest eligibility requirements.  For these purposes, an ISP account holder shall mean the natural person assigned to such ISP account by the Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning ISP addresses for the domain associated with such ISP account.

All entries become property of Sponsor and none will be returned.  Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted or the owner of an ISP account shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons who submit false or misleading entry information or who Sponsor determines to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Contest. 

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any persons who submit false or misleading information or who Sponsor determines to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Contest.

By participating in the Contest, you agree to be bound by Sponsor's Visitor Agreement (http://www.kiss1041fm.com/visitor_agreement/) and Privacy Policy (http://www.kiss1041fm.com/privacy_policy/), which are hereby incorporated by reference.

5.    Odds of Winning.

a.    First Prize

The odds of being selected as a potential winner of a First Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

b.    Grand Prize

The odds of winning a Grand Prize are 1 in 10.

6.    Prize Description.
 
One (1) Grand Prize:  Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, one (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a five (5) night Western Caribbean Cruise vacation for four (4) that departs from the Port of Miami in Florida and includes:
•    One (1) stateroom aboard the Disney Magic with maximum occupancy of four (4) people
•    Roundtrip coach class air transportation for four (4) between Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and Miami International Airport
•    Roundtrip ground transportation between Miami International Airport and the Port of Miami
•    All meals onboard the cruise ship – excluding Palo
•    Government taxes and fees (as defined on Disney Cruise Line website)
      ARV of Grand Prize:  $5,334.00

Costs of shore excursions, nursery charges, travel insurance, laundry service, spa treatments, meals at the Palo Restaurant on the Disney Magic, alcoholic beverages, local and long distance telephone calls, ship to shore communications including Internet, merchandise and souvenirs, other incidentals, additional tips and gratuities, service charges or taxes, and all other expenses and items not otherwise described above as part of vacation package are the sole responsibility of winner.  Prize may be subject to blackout periods, and other restrictions may apply.  The Grand Prize Winner and his/her guests must travel together on identical itinerary.  All travel dates and arrangements are subject to change based on availability and provider's approval.

The vacation package has an approximate retail value of $5,334.00, which may vary depending on the costs of air transportation to Miami, Florida on the desired travel date and also when the Disney Magic departs port.

The vacation must be taken on one of the following dates:  10/27/13, 11/10/13, 11/15/13, 12/08/13, or 12/13/13.  The vacation must be booked at least thirty (30) days prior to the intended travel date chosen by winner.

Minors under the age of 18 not traveling with a parent or legal guardian must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21 in the same stateroom.  The parent or guardian of any minor not traveling with a parent or guardian must appoint an adult to have custody and control over the minor and to contract on their behalf in connection with the Disney Cruise Line vacation.  An appointment form will be included in the document package and must be signed by a parent or legal guardian prior to embarkation at the Disney Cruise Line terminal.

Vacations may not be sold, traded, transferred, refunded, commissioned, or redeemed for cash value.  Vacation elements may not be substituted.

Grand Prize Winner and companions are responsible for providing proper citizenship documentation to travel which may include passports, valid alien registration cards and/or necessary visas.  Those without proper citizenship documentation will be denied boarding.  It is the guests' responsibility to check with their travel agent, government agencies, embassies, or consulates prior to their vacation to ensure that they have proper citizenship documentation.

Ten (10) First Prizes:  Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, up to ten (10) First Prize Winners will each receive one (1) $100.00 Disney gift card, which can be used at select locations at Walt Disney World® Resort in Florida, Disneyland® Resort in California, Disney Cruise Line®, Disney Store locations in the United States, and online at DisneyMusicOnline.com or DisneyStore.com.

ARV of each First Prize:  $100.00

Gift cards are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer.  No refund or compensation will be paid in the event participating retailers who accept Disney gift cards (as outlined above) close or are unavailable.  Sponsor is not responsible for, and will not replace, lost, mutilated, or stolen Disney gift cards.
 
Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded in the Contest:  $6,334.00

Limit:  One (1) prize per person and per household for the Contest.  In addition, only one (1) prize per person and per household every thirty (30) days for any contest sponsored by any of the CMG-Atlanta radio stations (i.e., WSB-AM, WSB-FM, WSBB, WALR and WSRV).

7.    Winner Selection and Notification.     

a.    First Prize Winner

One (1) time per weekday from Monday, September 9, 2013 to Friday, September 20, 2013, Sasha The Diva will announce the name of a contestant on-air between 10:00 a.m. (E.T.) and 3:00 p.m. (E.T.).  After a name has been announced, the potential winner has fourteen (14) minutes to call the Sponsor's Contest Line (404-741-0104) or the prize will be forfeit and remain unawarded.  Potential winners are selected at random from among all eligible entries received on or before 3:00 p.m. (E.T.) on the previous day.  The final day and time to register to participate in the Contest and be eligible to win a prize is Thursday, September 19, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. (E.T.).

Any individual claiming to be the entrant whose name was announced by Sasha The Diva will need to verify his or her entry information, including the mailing address on his or her entry form, in order to claim his or her prize.  In the event that multiple prize claims are made by individuals with the same name, the prize will go to the individual whose mailing address matches the mailing address specified on the entry form randomly drawn by Sponsor on the day prior.

Sponsor will notify First Prize Winners during their initial telephone call to 404-741-0104 upon verification of their eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

b.    Grand Prize Winner

The Grand Prize Winner will be announced on Monday, September 23, 2013 by Sasha The Diva during her shift from 10:00 a.m. (E.T.) to 3:00 p.m. (E.T.).  If winner does not call the Contest Line after the announcement has been made, Sponsor will notify him/her at the telephone number provided at the time of winning a First Prize in the Contest.

8.    Winner Acceptance.

To accept a First Prize, winners must personally visit Sponsor's offices at 1601 West Peachtree Street NE in Atlanta, Georgia 30309 within fourteen (14) business days after notification has been given that the prize is ready for pick-up.  Office visits must be between the hours of 9:00 a.m. (E.T.) and 5:00 p.m. (E.T.) weekdays.

In order to accept the Grand Prize, winner must be able to travel on one of the following dates:  10/27/13, 11/10/13, 11/15/13, 12/08/13, or 12/13/13.  If the Grand Prize Winner cannot travel on one of these dates, he or she will be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be chosen by Sponsor, if time permits.  Once the Grand Prize has been accepted, a representative from Disney Cruise Line will contact the winner directly to make travel arrangements.

Grand Prize Winner is required to provide his/her valid Social Security Number to Sponsor and Disney Cruise Line for tax purposes.  Grand Prize Winner must also complete an IRS W-9 form in order to receive prize.  Failure to provide Sponsor a valid Social Security Number or to complete an IRS W-9 form will result in disqualification.  Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on prize value and, as applicable, will be issued an IRS Form 1099 based on the prize value determined by Sponsor.

Upon accepting the Grand Prize, winner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor in the event his or her scheduled cruise on the Disney Magic is cancelled.  No refund or compensation will be paid in the event it is cancelled or delayed.  Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, attempt to reschedule for a future cruise, if time permits.  Boarding passes are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer.  The terms and conditions of the boarding passes may govern if the cruise is cancelled due to weather, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance or any other reason.  Sponsor is not responsible for, and will not replace, lost, mutilated, or stolen boarding passes.  Exact details, including stateroom locations, shall be determined in the sole discretion of Disney Cruise Line.  No refund or compensation will be paid in the event Disney Cruise Line closes or is unavailable.

No refund or compensation will be paid in the event the Grand Prize Winner's stateroom reservation aboard the Disney Magic is cancelled by Disney Cruise Line.  Sponsor will not be liable if the reservation is cancelled or altered by Disney Cruise Line without notice.  Sponsor is not responsible for accidental, deliberate, negligent, or reckless acts committed by Grand Prize Winner or travel companions that may result in property damage to the stateroom.  Grand Prize Winner must pay any incidental charges at check-out.  Sponsor also assumes no responsibility for winner and travel companions' belongings.  Grand Prize Winner should report lost, stolen, or damaged personal property to representatives of Disney Cruise Line.

Once air transportation has been booked for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her travel companions, no changes can be made to the flight itinerary without risk of penalty.  Grand Prize Winner and travel companions are responsible for any costs associated with a flight change.

If Grand Prize Winner or any travel companion declines air transportation to or from Miami, Florida, the cost associated with each flight on the desired travel date will not be awarded, and no substitutions will be allowed by Sponsor or Disney Cruise Line.  No refund or compensation will be paid to Grand Prize Winner or any travel companion who supplies their own ground transportation during the vacation.

No refund or compensation will be paid to Grand Prize Winner or travel companions in the event their outbound flight to Miami, Florida or return flight to Atlanta, Georgia is cancelled or delayed by the airline, Disney, or Sponsor.  No refund or compensation will be paid to Grand Prize Winner or travel companions in the event any member of the party misses or cancels a flight due to illness, family emergency, traffic, or any other reason.  Sponsor will not be liable for flight cancellations or delays.  Sponsor will also not be liable for lost, late, stolen, or damaged baggage that is the property of Grand Prize Winner or a travel companion.  Any and all disputes or claims must be made with the airline. 

Airline tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer.  Sponsor is not responsible for, and will not replace, lost, mutilated, or stolen airline tickets, vouchers, or certificates.  Exact details, including seat locations or flight itinerary, shall be determined in the sole discretion of provider.

For identification purposes, all winners must show Sponsor a valid Georgia Driver's License or Georgia State Issued ID, or provide a copy thereof. Any winner with an out-of-state Driver's License must submit a copy of a utility bill to show proof of Georgia residency.

As a condition of receiving any prize, each winner will be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release (except where prohibited by law), which must be signed at the time the winner claims his/her prize at Sponsor's offices.  Persons traveling as the guest of a Grand Prize Winner must also sign any release that Sponsor may require.

Failure to sign the affidavit or release or to present the required Georgia State Issued photo ID or copy of a utility bill may, at the sole discretion of Sponsor, result in a winner's disqualification and the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize.

A winner may waive the right to receive a prize.  Prizes are non-assignable and nontransferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.  No substitutions allowed by winner.  Prizes and individual components of prize packages are subject to availability.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes or components of prize packages with a prize or component of equal or greater value.  Prizes not won and claimed by eligible winners in accordance with these Official Rules will not be awarded and will remain the property of Sponsor.

Sponsor's inability to reach a winner after a reasonable (as solely determined by Sponsor) effort has been made, the failure of a winner to timely respond to a prize notification, the return of any prize notification as undeliverable, and/or a winner's failure to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules may, in Sponsor's sole discretion, result in the winner's disqualification.

A PARTICIPANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE UNLESS AND UNTIL SPONSOR HAS COMPLETED ITS VERIFICATION OF PARTICIPANT'S ELIGIBILITY.

9.    Publicity.  Participants acknowledge that telephone calls placed to the Contest Line may be recorded for use on-air any time.  Except where prohibited, participation in the Contest constitutes each winner's irrevocable consent to the publication of his or her name in on-air promotional announcements produced by Sponsor.

Each winner further grants Sponsor, and its affiliates, digital properties, and advertising, promotion and production agencies, permission to use his or her name, address or likeness in any and all advertising and promotional materials, in any manner or media whatsoever, including websites operated by Sponsor, for purposes of advertising, trade or promotion, without additional compensation.

Each winner acknowledges and agrees that he or she shall have no right of approval, no claim to any compensation, and no claim arising out of the use, alteration, or distortion of his or her name or address.
   
10.    Participation.  Participation in the Contest constitutes an agreement by each contestant to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and any Contest judges or administrators selected by Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.  Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Contest as solely determined by Sponsor.  In the event the Contest is compromised by non-authorized human intervention, fraud, tampering, technical failures or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Contest.  Should the Contest be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes based on the entries received before the termination date.  Proof of sending or submission of an entry will not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor.

11.    Release.  BY PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTEST, EACH PARTICIPANT AGREES TO FULLY RELEASE, FOREVER DISCHARGE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, COX MEDIA GROUP, INC., COX ENTERPRISES, INC., AND THEIR RESPECTIVE SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, DISTRIBUTORS, ADVERTISING/PROMOTION AGENCIES, AND PRIZE SUPPLIERS AND EACH SUCH COMPANY'S OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, AND SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS (COLLECTIVELY, THE "RELEASED PARTIES") FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIMS, COSTS, LIABILITIES, LOSSES, INJURIES, AND DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE CONTEST, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY CLAIMS FOR PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR DAMAGE TO OR LOSS OF PROPERTY, LOSS OF ENJOYMENT, OR ANY OTHER HARM WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF: (1) PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST; (2) THE QUALITY, RECEIPT, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE; OR (3) ANY TRAVEL OR ACTIVITY THAT IS RELATED TO THE CONTEST OR ANY PRIZE.

12.    Limitations of Liability. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTEST, PARTICIPANTS ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS CONTEST, INCLUDINGTHE WEBSITE AND THE PRIZE(S), ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND THAT SPONSOR MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ABOUT THE PRIZE(S) AND SPONSOR HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  (BECAUSE SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN IMPLIED WARRANTIES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH STATES, THE LIABILITY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY SUCH STATE LAW.)

THE RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR: (1) ANY INCORRECT OR INACCURATE INFORMATION, WHETHER CAUSED BY PARTICIPANTS, PRINTING OR PRODUCTION ERRORS, OR BY ANY OF THE EQUIPMENT OR PROGRAMMING ASSOCIATED WITH OR EMPLOYED IN THE CONTEST; (2) TECHNICAL FAILURES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO MALFUNCTIONS, INTERRUPTIONS, OR DISCONNECTIONS IN PHONE LINES OR NETWORK HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE; (3) UNAUTHORIZED HUMAN INTERVENTION IN ANY PART OF THE ENTRY PROCESS OR THE CONTEST; (4) TECHNICAL OR HUMAN ERROR WHICH MAY OCCUR IN THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE CONTEST, THE PROCESSING OF ENTRIES, OR THE NOTIFICATION OF ANY WINNER; OR (5) ANY INJURY OR DAMAGE TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY WHICH MAY BE CAUSED, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, FROM A PARTICIPANT'S PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST OR RECEIPT OR USEOR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE. 

Only the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules is available to be won in the Contest. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming, or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate eligible prize claims.

13.    Construction. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of any contestant and Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of Georgia, or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Georgia.  The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.  In the event that any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these Official Rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.
