Red and Blue states are struggling when it comes to affording homeownership and both sides came together and passed the largest piece of housing legislation in decades.

The 21st Century Road to Housing Act, passed 358-32 in the House. The Senate approved it as well with overwhelming bipartisan support.

But Trump canceled a signing ceremony because he wants what Congress to pass the Save America Act - a strict voter ID bill- first.
