Xscape hires Tamar Braxton’s ex-husband as new manager

According to the gossip site HipHollywod, Xscape decided to hire Tamar Braxton's ex-husband, Vincent Herbert as their new manager.

"We love what he did with Tamar and Lady Gaga and we also knew he understood the business. We're really excited," said Tiny (Via HipHollywood.com).
