Just a few days after Chrissy Teigen took to Twitter to introduce a photo of her newborn son, Miles Theodore Stephens, she shared a picture of Kim Kardashian’s enormous baby gift.

John Legend and Chrissy Teigen welcomed their second child on May 17.
