The plot of the project has not been revealed. However, filming began in August 2017, and Twitter user Atlanta Filming said some of the planned reshoots include scenes of the fictional African nation Wakanda from the Atlanta-filmed flick“Black Panther.”

In a since deleted tweet, he wrote, “Based on the locations and the casting it looks like #Avengers4 will have a whole lot more #BlackPanther in it than #AvengersInfinityWar. So that's less a reshoot and more an addition of goodness.”

Production for “Avengers 4” has taken place in New York and Atlanta, and Chadwick Boseman, who plays Wakanda’s king Black Panther, is set to return for the sequel, according to IMDB.

Plus, the final moment of “Avengers: Infinity War” also points to more scenes of the country. After Thanos disintegrates half of the population of the universe, the surviving heroes, such as Wakanda’s M’Baku and Okoye, are left on the Wakandan battlefield.

Marvel has yet to confirm many details, but the marketing campaign for “Avengers 4” will likely begin at the end of 2018 with the announcement of the official title. The movie will hit theaters May 3, 2019.
