In a speech on the House floor on Dec. 19, Rep. David N. Cicilline (D-R.I.) cited Dr. Seuss’s Grinch to criticize the GOP tax bill:

“With a little help from Dr. Seuss, I’d like to share the story of ‘How the Grinch stole middle-class tax cuts’.”
